10 Minute Startup provides AI-powered business team members that assist with strategy, marketing, sales, support, development, and other business functions. The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate responses, business plans, and recommendations based on information you provide.
You must sign in using a Google account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for all activity under your account.
The Service uses AI to generate business advice, content, and recommendations. AI-generated content is provided for informational purposes only and should not be considered professional legal, financial, or medical advice. You are solely responsible for decisions made based on AI-generated content. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or suitability of any AI-generated output.
You retain ownership of all content you provide to the Service, including business descriptions, ideas, and chat messages. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your content through AI models to deliver the Service. We do not sell your content to third parties.

Free accounts are available with limited features. Paid plans are billed monthly through Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@10minutestartup.ai.
We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification.
